The Warehouse is proud to offer families in the Portland Metro area a prefect space to host eco-friendly birthday parties, baby blessingways and other celebrations.

Our Community Room is appx 18 X 19 ft with laminate wood flooring, 11 ft high ceilings, and large windows on the north side. For celebrations we can equip the room with up to three 8-foot folding tables and 24 chairs, and provide plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, table cloths and more for up to 24 guests.

Best of all, we take care of set up, clean up and do all the dishes and composting of any left over food for you! You get to show up and simply enjoy your special event!

The room is adjacent to Warehouse Café, located between Daisies & Dinos and Know Thy Food, and is wheelchair accessible.

BASIC CELEBRATION $75

• 2 hour private party in the Community Room for up to 12 children and 12 adults. Room can accommodate max 24 people.
• set up and clean up and all dishes washed for you!
• reusable decorations, candles, matches for your cake
• use of freezer for storing ice cream
• reusable plates, cutlery, napkins, table cloth, water pitcher, ice cream scoop etc

OPTIONAL A LA CARTE

• party host to help greet guests, lead games, dancing, and other activities with the children $20 per hour
• "messy art" activities made from recycled and repurposed materials $7.50 per child (8 child minimum)
• dance party $50 per hour
• clowning and balloon sculpting $50 per hour

We can also book a local music act, puppet show, clown or other performance for your special event. Please contact us to discuss how we can create the perfect party for you!

CATERING PROVIDED BY WAREHOUSE CAFÉ

Please make your selections from our healthy, kid friendly menu or we can work with you to create custom party trays for your event.

CAKE/CUPCAKES

We work with many wonderful local bakeries and can accommodate special dietary preferences such as gluten free, vegan, grain free and more. Pricing varies.
