The Community Room is available for use by the community for public and private workshops, meetings, celebrations and more during regular hours of operation.

The Community Room is appx 18 X 19 ft with laminate wood flooring, 11 ft high ceilings, and windows on the north side. The room can be equipped with up to three 8-foot folding tables and 20 chairs. There are also storage cubbies and a projector screen. We can arrange for a projector rental with advance notice. In the plans is a dry erase board. The room is adjacent to Warehouse Café, located between Daisies & Dinos and Know Thy Food.

Rental Rates (minimum 1 hr)

Hourly Rate Mon – Fri:
$15/hr for 1-9 hrs a month
$12.50/hr for 10-19 hrs a month
$10/hr for over 20 hrs a month

Hourly Rate Sat & Sun: $15/hr

Weekday Daily Rate (8 am - 5 pm) $75

Weekend Rate (Sat 8 am - Sun 2 pm) $125

Weekly Rate (Mon 8 am - Sun 2 pm) $300

Monthly Rate $500
