New Mama groups focus on techniques to handle new mama adjustment stress including depression, anxiety, birth trauma. BBC New Mom groups meet in SE Portland, Gresham, Vancouver, WA and West-side near PPC Rock Creek. Also find us also on Meet-up!

Mama Care Group focuses on mothering beyond the first year and meets at Milagros Boutique in NE Portland.

Group is also appropriate for pregnant women struggling with depression or anxiety as well.
