Our Food Philosophy
We try to source our ingredients farm direct from local organic growers whenever possible. Here is a selection of some of our valued food sources :

• Coffee from Stumptown and Trailhead Coffee Roasters in SE Portland.
• Baked goods from LiLi Patisserie in Sellwood.
• Bagels from Kettleman just blocks from the Warehouse.
• Milk and cream from Lady Lane Farm, just 25 miles south of the Warehouse.
• Butter and yogurt comes from Noris Dairy in Crabtree.
• Farm fresh eggs from Taylor Made Farm in Lebanon.
• Smoked Alaskan salmon brought to us by Iliamna, local fishermen who live in inner SE Portland.
• Blue cheese from Rogue Creamery.
• Wild salad greens from Mizuna Gardens in Warren, less than 30 miles north of the Warehouse.
• Fresh veggies and herbs from Bella Organic on Sauvie Island, Val's Veggies in Baker City and other local farms.
• Organic filberts, dried cranberries and honey are all from Oregon.
